Objections
It is given by law, under the Liquor Licence Act 1974, that any person who lives in the parish in which the premises requesting to be licensed is locate, or any person in any other perish being the owner or occupier of any lying within three hundred yards of such premises, may object to the grant or transfer of a licence in respect of those premises.
